Exchange Policy

Wine storage conditions are of utmost importance to quality vintage wines. To maintain the integrity of all our wine products, we do not accept any returns. Lux Wine provides premium door-to-door delivery service for all purchases made on our website. This is to reduce the occurrence of any damages during transit.

However, you may still exchange your order item, by notifying us within three (3) days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice number, for any of the following reasons:

  1. You received the wrong items or quantities in your package.
  2. You received a broken item in your package.
  3. Lux Wine reserves the right to reject any exchange

Kindly follow the returns process below if your item meets the policy conditions.

  1. Email our customer service team at admin@luxwine.sg, with photographic proof of defect or wrong items.
  2. Our customer service staff shall acknowledge receipt of all emails within one (1) working day and advise if your item is eligible for an exchange or replacement.
  3. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable .
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, the replacement product shall be shipped out within one (1) working day.
  5. In the event where the item is out of stock, Lux Wine reserve the rights to replace with a similar item of equivalent or higher monetary value.
