Château Montrose is located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of Bordeaux. The wines made here are classified as one of fourteen Deuxièmes Crus in the 1855 Bordeaux Wine Official Classification. Montrose wines are a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
The best vintages of Chateau Montrose have the ability to age for decades. Consume it after at least 10-20 years in the bottle.
