2002 Château Phélan Ségur Saint-Estèphe

Château Phélan Ségur stretches over the eastern part of Saint-Estèphe and covers 70 hectares. The vines are planted in gravel covered by sandy clay with a limestone subsoil. The château pays particular attention to its ageing process, aiming to create a wine full of finesse and elegance. This grand vin has a purple, ruby hue, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and floral notes. Opulent and full-bodied characteristics that will benefit from proper cellaring of at least 15 years.
