2008 Château Calon-Ségur Saint-Estèphe Grand Cru Classé

VIVINO rating of 4.2 based on over 40,000 reviews.

Château Calon-Segur is undoubtedly one of the most remarkable wines from the Saint-Estephe appellation. It is powerful and full-bodied, particularly racy, with an excellent aging potential. Certainly made to be aged, this wine requires time to develop to its full refinement and complexity, thus discouraged to be drank in its early years. A superb depth that expresses an exceptional aromatic palette of earth, dark fruits and spices.
