The wine is aged in new barrels (50% renewed each year) and then bottled at the Château following the classic Médoc method. Marquis de Terme is a Margaux in the traditional style with an elegant nose that has blackcurrant and raspberry aromas. On the palate it is rich, smooth and elegant and is a wine to be enjoyed after aging in the cellar for fifteen years. A very seductive, indulgent Margaux, with a generous, meaty fruitiness, yet still very refined. The 2009 vintage is highly sought after by Bordeaux lovers, don’t miss it.
