2011 Château Desmirail Grand Cru Classe

Château Desmirail produces elegant wines of exceptional delicacy. Stemming from the exceptional terroir of Margaux, characterized by pebbles and sand, this wine is elegant and incredibly refined. The grapes are meticulously selected. Predominantly crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the blend varies from one vintage to the next. The wine is aged for 18 months, with 12 months in new oak casks (around 50%).

On tasting, fruity flavours emerge, together with aromas of black fruit, mocha and licorice. This beautifully balanced wine is one of the most popular in the Margaux appellation. An exceptional wine for exceptional dishes.
